Mayor, Environmental Project Manager clash over turtle lighting ordinance
A discussion on the town’s sea turtle conservation lighting ordinance led to clashes between Fort Myers Beach Mayor Dan Allers and Town of Fort Myers Beach Environmental Project Manager Chadd Chustz over arguments Allers made in challenging the town’s lighting ordinance and permit reviews.
