Fort Myers Beach Community Foundation thanks community for support at Casino Night
The Fort Myers Beach Community Foundation would like to thank the entire community for supporting their annual Casino Night at Margaritaville Resort on March 11th. Gaming tables, live music, raffle baskets and delicious hors d’oeuvres created an energy filled space. The generosity of over 100 people buying tickets and raffles resulted in over $20,000 that will be returned to various organizations in need when the Community Foundation distributes funds on May 5th. Every dollar received is returned to organizations striving to improve the overall quality of life on Ft. Myers Beach. While dozens of businesses contributed to both raffles and donations, a huge and special thanks to Alex King and the King Family Foundation, Sanibel Captiva Bank, Margaritaville Resort and Gavin Ace Hardware.
