Endorsing Forrest ‘Butch’ Critser
To the editor:
It is with great pleasure to write an endorsement for Forrest “Butch” Critser to be a Town Council candidate in Fort Myers Beach.
We have known Butch since buying our little old house here on Fort Myers Beach in 2010 and attending Beach Baptist Church. He’s always been efficient, most helpful and is an enthusiastic addition to our lives both in and out of the church building.
In knowing Butch on a personal level, he’s lived here for 15 years. Therefore, he knows about and cares a great deal about this island community. Having served in Vietnam, he’s known to be a proud American who respects the core values of this nation. Plus, he’s always pleasant with a smile on his face whenever we see him.
We truly believe that Butch would be a fair and valuable asset to the Town Council. We trust he would work as hard for this entire island as he does in helping everyone he knows. Butch could do anything from agendas to zoning and even replacing a garbage disposal.
Forrest “Butch” Critser in 2020 makes good sense for this island.
