I-75 Daniels Parkway ramp closure scheduled for Wednesday night
During the nighttime/overnight hours of 9 p.m. to 6 a.m. on Wednesday, August 12 and Thursday, August 13, motorists should expect the northbound I-75 on-ramp to be closed at Daniels Parkway (exit 131) in Fort Myers for crews to remove barrier wall, complete striping work, and shift traffic to the new temporary northbound on-ramp.
During the closures, motorists may enter southbound I-75 at Daniels Parkway, exit at Alico Road (exit 128), and use the on-ramp to enter northbound I-75.
Motorists are advised to use extra caution and follow the posted detour routes or find alternative routes.
Law enforcement will be onsite to assist motorists during the closures. These activities are subject to change based on weather conditions and unforeseen conditions.
