Lee County Supervisor of Elections begins mailing 2026 Elections Notice
Lee County Supervisor of Elections Jenna Persons-Mulicka has begun mailing the 2026 Primary and General Elections Notice to approximately 448,000 residential mailboxes within Lee County.
The notice is provided in English and Spanish and includes information on how to register to vote and request a vote-by-mail ballot. The notice also contains the dates, times and locations for early voting in the 2026 primary and general elections.
Requests for vote-by-mail ballots must be received 12 days before the election. The requests can be made by mail or online at the Lee County Supervisor of Elections website. Voters must request the vote-by-mail ballots in order to receive one.
There will be a number of primaries taking place on Tuesday, Aug. 18. Early voting in person begins Aug. 8.
Vote-by-Mail ballots can be dropped off in person at any office of the Lee County Supervisor of Elections, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 5 pm.
“I want every eligible voter to have the opportunity to participate in the upcoming elections,” Persons-Mulicka said. “Our office is working diligently to make sure voters have the information they need to be election ready.”
Residents are encouraged to watch for the notice in their mailboxes and review the information to prepare for the primary election on Aug. 18 and the general election on Nov. 3.

Registered Republicans hold a significant size advantage throughout Lee County, with 243,766 registered Republicans, compared to 105,339 registered Democrats. There are 143,582 voters in Lee County who identify with other parties or with no party affiliation. There are a total of 492,687 registered voters in Lee County.
