Beach resident celebrates new novel
Fort Myers Beach resident Mary Tatarian is the author of a new novel SEABLISS, “not your normal island mystery”, set in Southwest Florida and released by her publisher, PublishAmerica, on Monday, Dec. 30.
SEABLISS is abount a sleepy beach town on a Gulf Coast island that suddenly comes alive as two best friends, a local merchant and the island psychic, find themselves in the middle of some pretty strange business. The novice sleuths are drawn into a web of murder, deception and drugs that stretches as far west as Mexico and as far south as the Keys.
Filled with unique characters and surprising events, SEABLISS is laced with a little romance.
Mary Tatarian has been a local retailer on the beach for twenty years as the former owner of Pirate Pete’s Video and Arcade. She served as the regional president for Southwest Florida for her national trade association for six years. She has written a weekly entertainment column for over ten years for two island newspapers and worked as a freelance writer for Success Stories, a national publication of select biographies. Her own biography has been listed in Marquis’ “Who’s Who in America” and “Who’s Who in American Women.”
