The Lani Kai Island Resort has brought in a new business with the reopening of its rooms this winter. The Blue Parrot Artisan Gift Shop, owned by artist and jewelry maker Nathalie Strickland (pictured), is now open at the ground level. Strickland, who lost her home and business to Hurricane Ian, sells handmade artisan jewelry, artwork and accessories.
