Prepare for election day
Fort Myers Beach Town Council elections will take place Tuesday, March 7.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m.to 7 p.m. Here are the beach’s precincts and polling locations:
Town of Fort Myers Beach
81 – Church of the Ascension, 6025 Estero Blvd.
82 – Chapel by the Sea, 100 Chapel St.
127 – St. Peter Lutheran Church, 3751 Estero Blvd.
*For the official sample ballot, Fort Myers Beach is sharing its ballot with the City of Sanibel as a cost saving measure for the legal notice publication. Each town will have its own ballot at election.
According to lee.vote, as of Friday, 4,460 vote-by-mail ballots had been requested and 3,360 returned for both Fort Myers Beach and Sanibe;.
Ballots will be tallied after the polls close. The Fort Myers Beach Observer will be posting election results online.
