Saturday, March 4: Kid’s fun run, 8 a.m., Gulfview Beach Access. Hosted by the Cypress Lakes High School athletic department. Free to run for kids kindergarten through fifth grade.
Monday, March 6: Town Council workshop, 9 a.m., and regular meeting, 2 p.m., Town Hall.
Tuesday, March 7: Fort Myers Beach Town Council election day.
Saturday, March 11 and Sunday, March 12: 59th Annual Fort Myers Beach Shrimp Festival, hosted by the beach Lion’s Club.
