Rexann Hosafros is an asset
I have only lived on this island since 2016, so some people will think I don’t know who to support in the upcoming election. They would be wrong.
I’m voting for Rexann Hosafros, and here’s why:
– Rexann is a problem solver. I know I can ask her what can be done about an issue, and she will know whether or not the town has an ordinance affecting my area of interest and who to call about it.
To the editor:
– Rexann is prepared. She always knows what the agenda is for every meeting, she has studied the issues and has formulated at least one reasonable answer.
– Rexann is proactive. She doesn’t wait for someone else to suggest a course of action; she consults widely, looks for the most reasonable solution, and identifies people to support it.
– Rexann is collegial. She definitely has opinions about issues, and isn’t afraid to tell you what she believes. But if everyone else has another solution in mind, she does her best to help them achieve that vision, as long as she thinks it is reasonable and legal.
Rexann Hosafros is an asset to this community, and we have an opportunity on March 5 to put her back on the town council, where she can help us all even more.
