Shell Mound Boulevard becoming hazard

To the editor:

It is past time that we addressed the traffic on Shell Mound Boulevard in the winter months. Every year, it gets worse. We can’t walk our dogs or ride bicycles without the fear of getting hit by vehicles.

We need sidewalks or speed bumps. You could put a large sign on Connecticut to say, “If you don’t live here, you will be fined for cutting through.”

Please look into this before somebody gets hurt.
