Beachscape plants now in ROW

In response to your recent article on Beachscape demo plants reach year….
The article points to the refurbishing of the plant life, notably in of the chairperson’s own property, which has now encroached on the public’s right of way to this particular beach access, #22 located at Connecticut St. as pictured in your article.
And now, the bench has been removed. It was supposedly damaged The prior evening, before the bench went missing, I had sat on this bench with my wife as we most every night had. The only benefit I see at the planting of this beach-scape, is the property value, and privacy increased at this access, located in front of the chairperson’s property.
