‘Elevated pools’ issue needs press coverage
To the editor:
Kudos and more to hardworking Bob Petcher who this week covered the problems on Palermo that the “other” local paper failed to even mention. The issue is very important, involving key players in the local government and community, and definitely deserves public airing. The “Downtown” newspaper seldom covers Fort Myers Beach.
These local events are of great importance to those of us who live here, and we depend on the press to cover them. Thank you and your staff for keeping us all up to speed.
