Turn backs on government shutdown

To the editor:

I know many of you following the “Herd” will write me off as a “nut job” and that’s OK. But, think about this. Our nation sinks further, while Democrats and Republicans scratch, fight, and posture for a better poll position in this recent conflict of government shutdown, sequester, debt ceiling limits and the multitude of other problems the Government has neglected to adress. This is all a petty one-up game played by both parties while we, the American people, are caught as “Piggy in the Middle.”

This is NOT representative Government, but a street fight in Washington DC while “We, the People” are totally ignored.

It’s time “We the People” turn our backs on Washington DC and BEGIN to represent ourselves. YOUR rights, individual states rights are ALL that Matters. It’s time we take the power back and bring it Home.
