Trash containers needed year round

To the editor:

I have been a year round resident of Fort Myers Beach for more than 10 years. During that time, I have noticed that, at times, there are trash containers at the Beach by the Holiday Inn.

However, this past week (one of the busiest of the year) there were no trash containers. Is it the responsibility of the Town or the Holiday Inn to provide them? Hard to keep the beach clean when there’s no place to put your garbage.
