PTO event coordinator looks for donations

We are writing to you on behalf of the Fort Myers Beach Elementary School PTO to request a donation of a service or an item for our annual Pre-Tournament Party & Silent Action and/or our Golf Tournament.
The Pre-Tournament Party & Silent Auction will be held on April 27, 2012 at Nervous Nellie’s from 1 to 6 pm. The Golf Tournament will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2013. This is our PTO’s primary fundraiser. Money raised at this event helps to fund field trips and to provide school supplies for students in need. It also enables funding for unbudgeted classroom items. Please note that we also have Elite Cash Sponsorship Opportunities ranging from $100 to $2,000 to help fund Educational Excursions, Bringing Outside Art In, Technology/Software, World of Reading and the End of Year Carnival.
We would greatly appreciate any donation that you can offer. In acknowledgement of your generosity we will recognize your contribution on our event flyer that will reach the families of all students enrolled in our school and will be displayed during the auction itself. Also, tournament sponsors names will be printed on the event t-shirt as well as at the various holes on the golf course.
