Lost cat found on Beach
To the editor:
Me Me, a Himalayan cat who was lost a week and half ago, was found last Sunday near Aberdeen Street on the Island.
Susie, her mom, would like to thank all the very nice neighbors, kids and other concerned Beach residents who helped her in the search! She also wanted to thank two of our volunteers of our rescue group for helping in her quest to find Me Me. They spent hours looking under bushes, under homes during days and nights and finally dug her out from under a house. A donation of $500 was offered to the rescue under our great volunteers’ name as a thank you for all their help! Believe me, we are very grateful.
We are glad to report that Me Me is back at home!
