Resident endorses Beach Library Board candidate
To the editor:
I am writing in support of Miffie Greer as a candidate for the Fort Myers Beach Library Board. Miffie Greer is a highly qualified person who has the vision to oversee the immediate and future requirements and operations of the library fitting the needs of our community.
Miffie Greer is chair of the Town’s Community Resources Advisory Board, an active member of the local CERT Emergency Team, president of Pelican Watch Condo and an active volunteer at the Fort Myers Beach Library. She involves herself in our community, and I am impressed with her involvement here on Fort Myers Beach.
Miffie was responsible for managing large budgets as a Director and CEO of 94 International Schools in Africa. As an educator working with children and adults, her noteworthy appointment will be beneficial to our community and a great contribution to our island.
A vote for Miffie Greer on Nov. 6 will be a vote for a capable, dependable and competent individual. Please join me in support of Miffie Greer for the Fort Myers Beach Library.

Our stunning, newly expanded Beach Library deserves an equally stunning Library board candidate. Miffie Greer is fully qualified.
Teaching and living around the world, she brings her extensive educational and administrative background to seat #7.
We need someone who is backing the library 110 percent and all it represents. A vote for Miffie is a vote for our world-class library.
