Resident doesn’t support Public Service Tax tax

To the editor:

The electric tax -a giant 10 percent one at that- by the Town Council is reflective of their failure to keep Town expenses in check. The reduction in millage doesn’t mean anything when a tax is ushered in via the back door, a tax that likely will burden us forever as taxes are rarely rescinded.

I do not support the Town Council and believe it’s time to lower the millage and avoid any imposition of additional taxes. Please bring different leadership. It’s getting tired to hear the same old story.
