More opposition on proposed tax

To the editor:

We oppose the 10 percent electric tax. To call it a public service tax is a misnomer.

I think we need an approach that focuses on lowering costs. Other governments are lowering or keeping expenses in check. The Town hasn’t figured out what to do. I say, not out of my pocket.

Lower the millage. Drop the 10 percent electric tax.
