Where are the protesters now?
To the editor:
Where are you Cindy Sheehan? In the past two and part years the U.S. has started two wars and escalated the war in Afghanistan. Where are the protesters, hecklers, and the media calling for the immediate return of our troops, questioning how long will we be there and where is the exit strategy?
Where are those that demanded the closing of Guantanamo and the release or relocation of the prisoners?
Where are those in Washington D.C. standing in front of the microphone howling about our involvement in other countries civil wars?
It would appear that we only protest wars when there is a President in office that has an “R” after his name.
From my prospective it would seem that they were playing politics and only politics to get re-elected.
