America, land of the Free, home of the Brave, WHAT A JOKE !!!!

One of my favorite bands was SHUTDOWN, STOPPED from performing at a venue they were playing at last week, here on the beach, in Times Square, by the “FUN” Police!!!

Local Government in their wisdom feels it’s JUSTIFIED in TAXING, PUNISHING this venue where the above mentioned musicians were performing, with an EXORBINANT FEE to allow this venue to have live entertainment AT ALL, in the future. This is OUTRAGEOUS ! If the local City Goverment continues to EXTORT money from local businesses for having live music at their businesses, or BANNING them from doing so, this little Island of ours will be STRIPPED of ANY fun activities at all for tourists and locals alike to attend. Estero Island WILL become as Dull, Grey, and unattractive as Marco Island, and guess what local politicians? Your Tourist Dollars WILL DRY UP; locals will have NOTHING to go out to, entertainment-wise, and there go all your TAX DOLLARS down the drain as well, because there’ll be nothing to do here, and NO reason to come.

THINK ABOUT IT!!!! This used to be a GREAT place to live, but now I’m having my DOUBTS !!!!!! ‘”No Taxation, Without Representation !!!!!!!
