Organizer announces Beach School PTO Golf Tournament

Hi Beach Community! The 9th Annual Beach School PTO Golf Tournament Fundraiser is coming up Saturday, May 7, at the Fort Myers Beach Golf Club.
Some of our regulars who have already registered are Team Shamrock, Team Fish Tale Marina, the Reeds and MacPeeks, Team Adomaitis, Paula Kiker’s Team, Larry Kiker’s Team and more.
Registration always fills up quick, so please register your foursome now to save your spot for the most fun event of the year on this island! There will be prizes for men’s, woman’s and mixed teams and a fabulous luncheon and awards ceremony on the course. We are currently accepting donations for the golf tournament and the Auction/ Cocktail Party, which will be held Thursday, May 5, at Bayfront Bistro.
We’ve had many donations come in already -golf for four all over Fort Myers, gift certificates for a variety of restaurants and entertainment escapades. Hole sponsors are crucial to our tournaments success and we want to thank those who have sponsored a hole to date: Subway Restaurant at Santini Marina Plaza; FishTale Marina; Shamrock Irish Pub; and Bob Beasley with Oyster Bay Parks, who is our first Grand Sponsor of the year! Also thanks to the parents and teachers who have participated in our Family Hole Sponsor opportunity.
This Golf Tournament for the Beach School PTO is our biggest fundraiser held every year for our island school kids. All the money raised goes for supplies, activities, field trips, and more. The PTO is a 501c3 non-profit organization which means all your donations are tax deductible. We are just kicking off this year’s event, so please call if you have any questions, have a donation, want to register a foursome or sponsor a hole.
