A letter to the editor in the Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011 issue of the Fort Myers Beach Observer concerning Wayne Tezak referenced a civil suit filed by Mr. Tezak against the town that the letter writer (Carl Conley) said “resulted in a guilty verdict.” The information was incorrect, there was no “guilty verdict;” Mr. Tezak was not convicted of any crime. The Observer regrets any confusion to our readers.
