Library addition third floor

If you haven’t reviewed the FMB Library plans that are on display at the Library, please do so.
The third floor will have a large meeting room with a stage. Classes will be held there. In January, there were 24 adult classes, which 289 people attended with an average of 12 students per class.
There will be a cost for outside groups using the room.
The Cafe area will have many tables and chairs. If no one rents the business space, there will be coin operated machines installed for patron use.
The Friends of the Library will have their bookstore there. Also there is an activities area where sand may be available for sand sculpting.
Most of this area is income producing for the Library.
What is the cost to build this floor? Could be in the millions.
