Decorated homes need more attention
To the editor:
Everyone enjoys looking at the beautifully decorated homes during the Holidays, and in my opinion, the people who spend many, many hours putting up the lights for Christmas to decorate their homes should receive recognition in the paper! Especially if they win the contest!
The paper has never printed the names of the people who won, nor have they asked the question: “How many hours did it take to decorate your home?” Most news media, TV, etc. mention the hours spent and also how much it may cost in electricity!
That’s just my opinion and the opinion of one of our neighbors that decorates his home.
