Lee superintendent is finalist for Nevada job
To the editor:
I am both honored and pleased to have been selected as one of the three finalists for the superintendent’s position in Clark County, Nevada.
It is truly humbling that I’ve been identified to have the knowledge, skills and abilities needed for consideration to lead the nation’s fifth largest school district. This opportunity would not be possible without the hard work and commitment of the teachers, administrators, support staff and Lee County School Board. The successes we have seen both in and out of the classroom have set us apart from other districts.
No matter the outcome, it truly is an honor and a privilege to be considered for the Clark County, Nevada superintendent position. I look forward to meeting and talking with the Clark County community and district leaders.
