Neighbor cat has cancer treatments as well

(ITALICS) This “cat note” was sent in by Kitty Shuler. Her cat is going through cancer treaments.

What a treat to see my favorite dog friend written up in the Fort Myers Beach paper! Duffy Grueff lives three doors from me in Rockville, Maryland. Duffy and I are best friends even though I am a cat. We share dog treats when Duffy walks past my house. He is a wonderful, good-tempered dog, which is why I like him so much.

I am 16 years old, and I’m having cancer treatments, too. I’ve included a picture so you can see how well I’m doing.
