AAC chair thanks Cruiser’s day assisters

To the editor:

The Anchorage Advisory Committee for the Town of Fort Myers Beach and Matanzas Inn co-sponsored the third annual Cruiser’s Appreciation Day Saturday, March 27. The event showcased the Town’s 70-ball mooring field and facilities and thanked the people who use it.

The day was a huge success and could not have happened without the donations of raffle items, tents, chairs and tables from the following people and businesses: Plaka Restaurant, Key West Ferry, Topp’s Supermarket, Jay’s Hardware, The Beach Pub, Fish-Tale Marina Service Department, Bob Beasley, Beach Pierside Grill, Diesel Doctor (Jeff Werner), Pete’s Time Out, Bonita Bill’s, Matanzas Inn and the Fish-Tale Grady-White Club.

Again, thank you so much to all who helped with Cruiser’s Appreciation Day.
