Raymond “CJ” Clayton Hayre, Jr.

Raymond “CJ” Clayton Hayre Jr., 24, of Cape Coral and a lifetime resident of Lee County, passed away Saturday, Sept. 13, 2014, in Cape Coral. He was born Dec. 23, 1989, in Fort Myers.

He was of the Catholic faith. He graduated in 2008 from North Fort Myers High School and continued onto Heritage College where he earned a two-year degree as a radiology technician in 2010.

He is survived by his loving mother, Stephanie Abatisti of Fort Myers Beach; his beloved father, Raymond Clayton Hayre Sr. and his fianc Audrey Saponara of North Fort Myers; his beloved sister, Brittany Nicole Hayre and fianc Florian Mickuleit of Cape Coral; a step-brother, Robert “Bobby” Louk,” and a step-sister, Brittany Mey; maternal grandparents, Carol Ann and Michael Abatisti of Cape Coral; paternal grandmother, Dorothea Jackson of North Fort Myers; six aunts, Cindy McCardle, Maureen Georgia, Kelly Abatisti, Andrea Abatisti, Joyce Haws and Loretta Lynn Petty (Rob); two uncles; Sean Abatisti and William David Hayre (Angela); many nieces, nephews and cousins; as well as a very special family friend, Tracey Boesch, whom the family wishes to thank for her unconditional love and support.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Raymond Hayre.

Visitation was held last Sunday, Sept. 21, at Mullins Memorial, 3654 Palm Beach Blvd, Fort Myers. A Funeral Mass was held the following Monday at St. Andrew Catholic Church, 2628 Del Prado Blvd., Cape Coral, with Father Gordon Zanetti officiating. Committal services followed immediately afterwards at Fort Myers Memorial Gardens.
