Jeremy “Jerry” Blok
Jeremy “Jerry” Blok died Aug. 13, 2014 at his residence in Lehigh Acres, Florida. He was born Sept. 27, 1935 in Poland and came to the United States in 1951. He retired from the U.S. Marine Corp after 24 years of service, with spending three tours in Vietnam. He was a lifetime member of the VFW and the American Legion.
He was preceded in death by father, Karl Blok; mother, Helena Blok; brothers, Ryszard Blok, Eddie Blok and Johnny Blok; sister, Krystina Peterson.
He is survived by brother, Fritz Blok and his wife, Patty, of Bowling Green, Ky.; sister, Lucia Roberts and her husband, Rob, from St Mary’s, Georgia; sister, Theresa Cronin and her husband, Joel, from West Palm, Fla.; brother, Val Blok and his wife, Barbara, from Syracuse, NY.
A private family memorial service will be held. Semper Fi.
