An Amber Alert has been issued for an 8-year-old girl police say was abducted from Oasis Elementary School by a man claiming to be her father.

The Cape Coral Police Department issued the alert for Juliet Odierna after being notified of the on-campus abduction at 12:30 p.m. Thursday.

According to the CCPD, Juliet’s father, Robert Odierna, has full custody of child, adding her mother, Jennifer R. Moschovas, has court-ordered supervised visitation only.

“Jennifer’s new husband Theodore Moschovas showed up at Oasis Elementary and falsely identified himself as Robert Odierna, bringing lunch. Moschovas then left the school with Juliet,” a release from the CCPD states, adding Moschovas previously took Juliet and fled to Massachusetts.

The abduction was discovered when Robert Odierna showed up to pick up Juliet only to learn that she had already been picked up.

According to police, Theodore Moschovas the only person seen to have taken Juliet and the two may be in the company of the child’s mother.

Theodore and/or Jennifer Moschovas may be traveling in one of the following possible vehicles, police said: a white pickup truck (unknown make/model at this time) or a black Hyundai Accent (newer model) 4-door bearing temp tag CBN9123, police said.
