Police investigating shooting; minor injuries reoported

The Cape Coral Police Department is working a shooting that occurred in a home at the 1400 block of S.E. 8th Place. Major Crimes Unit detectives are on scene, and there are very minor injuries to one person. There is no threat to the public at this time. Area residents should expect a police presence for the next few hours.
