CROW unveils restaurants for 38th Taste of the Islands scheduled for Nov. 10 at Sanibel Community Park
The Clinic for the Rehabilitation of Wildlife on Sanibel recently announced the 14 restaurants participating in the 38th Taste of the Islands, set for Nov. 10 from noon to 5 p.m. in the Sanibel Community Park.
“I’m thrilled to say we have an amazing line-up of restaurants this year,” Executive Director Alison Charney Hussey said. “This is a great opportunity for the community to come together to sample some fantastic food prepared by wonderful chefs, enjoy live music and have a great time with their friends and family. Supporting CROW is an added benefit to a fun-filled Sunday afternoon.”
The restaurants will offer a mouth-watering array of menu items for six CROW Bucks or less, while competing for honors in a variety of categories including “Best Appetizer,” “Best Seafood” and “Taste of the Taste.” Attendees cast ballots to decide the winner of the coveted “People’s Choice” award.

* Thistle Lodge
* Timbers Restaurant & Fish Market
The family-friendly event also will feature live entertainment by the Private Stock Band. Inside The Community House, attendees can meet CROW’s Animal Ambassadors and bid on silent auction items.
Admission is $7 for adults and free for children 11 and under.
Tickets can be purchased online in advance or day of at the event.
