Law & Order Ball to be held Sept. 14
The Rotary Club of Fort Myers South will be honoring the heroes of Lee County law enforcement at the sixth annual Law & Order Ball. Themed “Super Heroes,” the event will be held Sept. 14 at Hertz Arena, at 11000 Everblades Parkway in Estero.
Designed to thank local law enforcement agencies, the event raises funds for the Rotary Club of Fort Myers South Foundation, which provides grants to Lee County law enforcement agencies and local non-profit education organizations.
The annual Law & Order Ball recognizes the following agencies: Cape Coral Police Department, Florida Gulf Coast University Police Department, Florida South-western State College Police Department, Fort Myers Police Department, Lee County Port Authority Police, Lee County Sheriff’s Office and Sanibel Police Department. One hero from each participating agency will be recognized during a presentation of the “Officer of the Year” award.
Tickets for the ball are $175, or $1,750 for a table for 10. For more, visit www.lawandorderball.org.
