All-County Elementary School Honor Choir Concert set for Thursday
One hundred and fifty of the Lee County School District’s best elementary school singers will take the stage for the 2019 All-County Elementary School Honor Choir Concert to be held Thursday, March 7, in the Auditorium of South Fort Myers High School.
The concert will begin at 7 p.m. Tickets are free.
Fifth grade students from 40 Lee County Elementary Schools auditioned to participate in this event, but only a handful from each school were chosen.
Elementary Music Resource Teacher for the Orange County Public School District Anka Pink is this year’s guest conductor. She has also written and developed lessons and curriculum materials for the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra’s Young People’s Concert series.
South Fort Myers High School is at 14020 Plantation Road.
