County DOT to eliminate left-hand turns at Del Prado/Southeast 2nd Street intersection
The Lee County Department of Transportation is asking motorists to use caution in the area of Del Prado Boulevard and Southeast 2nd Street on Tuesday, July 24.
The southbound left turn lane on Del Prado Boulevard to Southeast 2nd Street will be closed off due to frequent left-turn traffic accidents. No left turns will be permitted at this location. This intersection is scheduled to be re-evaluated following planned improvements at the Hancock Bridge Parkway / Del Prado Boulevard intersection.
