Apply for a passport during this special Passport Week.

No need to miss school or work and no appointment is needed!

The Lee County Clerk of the Court’s office acts as an acceptance agent for the State Department. It is their responsibility to review the passport application, collect the correct fees and make sure that all required documentation is included prior to sending it to the State Department.

PASSPORT RENEWALS:

To see if you qualify for a RENEWAL BY MAIL please visit www.leeclerk.org/index.asp?Type=B_BASIC&SEC={2CA3AEE7-E02D-4FFC-BCBA-A45D1DD32F3A} . You may not be required to come to our office for a Passport Renewal.

During Passport Week, Lee County Clerk of Courts Recording Office offers extended hours Monday – Friday and four hours on Saturday:

* Monday – Friday, May 16 – 21

7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.

* Saturday, May 21

10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Residents can always apply for passports during regular office hours

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. arriving no later than 4:30 p.m.
