St. Peter Lutheran Church presents “A Legacy in Song” concert
St. Peter Lutheran Church presents “A Legacy in Song,” a special concert event Tuesday evening, March 18th, at 7 p.m. The concert will feature a line-up of world-class and acclaimed soloists.
Robert Beane, Tenor, appears in concert programs in Southwest Florida and on international stages.
Katherine Beane, Mezzo Soprano, is Professor of Voice at Drake University Community School of Music, Des Moines, Iowa.
Douglas Renfroe, Bass Baritone, has appeared throughout Europe and the U.S. including Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall.
Sarah Thompson Johansen, Soprano, is a performer in opera, concert, recital, and musical theatre.
Shirley Roe, Accompanist, is Artist-in-Residence at St. Peter Lutheran Church and has performed in concert with the Toledo Symphony and worked with Aaron Copland and Leonard Bernstein.
The program will feature classical, Broadway, sacred, and operatic selections. Doors open 6:30 p.m. Free-will donations accepted. St. Peter Lutheran Church is located at 3751 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach.
