Injured pups, Blaca and Bella, now ready for adoption
Puppies Bella and Blaca, who were allegedly dragged and kicked down a Cape Coral street are now ready for new homes. The two 10-week-old pit bull puppies were treated for their injuries and have healed sufficiently to be placed up for adoption according to Lee County Domestic Animal Services’ veterinarian.
LCDAS is now taking adoption applications and hopes to find a family that can adopt both puppies. Anyone wishing to submit an application may do so online at www.leelostpets.com or fill out an application at the shelter at 5600 Banner Drive, Fort Myers. The puppies will be available for viewing during adoption hours from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Saturday.

He was being held in the Lee County jail on $100,000 bond late Wednesday afternoon.
