The Fort Myers Beach Community Foundation held their “King of Diamonds” Casino Night fundraiser gala on Saturday at the Margaritaville Beach Resort. The event raised funds to support the foundation’s mission of supporting local nonprofits in the community and providing scholarships to local students.
Fort Myers Beach Community Foundation Co-President Amy Gillette called the night “a resounding success. The event was made possible by the generous sponsorship of the Alex King Foundation, Sanibel Captiva Community Bank, and Gavin’s Hardware. Their support made it a truly special and enjoyable night for everyone involved. We want to express our deepest gratitude to all those who contributed to the success of the King of Diamonds Casino Night. It’s truly a testament to the wonderful community we have.”
Gillette also thanked Margaritaville Beach Resort for the donation of their ballroom for the event.
