The planned Giant Book Sale for this weekend at the Fort Myers Beach Public Library has been canceled due to the cold weather in the forecast. The event has been rescheduled for Feb. 28 and March 1.
The event is a fundraiser for the Fort Myers Beach Friends of the Library, with proceeds used to support the library. Thousands of book titles will be for sale in the first Giant Book Sale since before Hurricane Ian.
