Fort Myers Beach cancels Fourth of July parade
The Town of Fort Myers Beach has canceled the Fourth of July parade scheduled for Friday due to inclement weather in the forecast. The fireworks are still planned for 9 p.m. from near the Fort Myers Beach Pier. The Matanzas Pass Bridge will be closed from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. for the fireworks show.
