Fort Myers Beach Mansion will soon be up for auction
A Fort Myers Beach Estate will soon be up for auction and is targeting predominantly out-of-country bidders. This home could be described as a dream home.
The 6,603 square foot beachfront estate is on 1.7 acres. It is located at 7840 Estero Blvd. The mansion is currently listed for $6.95 million.
Why are owners of beautiful homes like this turning to auction companies, when there seems to be no shortage of millionaires and billionaires across South Florida?
