Historical Society invites public to tea

Join Mrs. Mina Edison for a special tea and conversation at this “throwback” event Monday, Feb. 12. Learn about the Edisons’ favorite traditions of a bygone era and life in southwest Florida at the turn of the century – the 20th Century, that is! This Edison Ford Winter Estates living history character is sure to provide insights and amusing anecdotes into our area’s history.
All Estero Island Historical Society public meetings are held at 7 p.m. at the Fort Myers Beach Public Library, 2755 Estero Blvd., in the Community Room, 3rd floor. Public meetings are free of charge and open to the public. Donations are welcome.
