London Bay Homes opens onsite sales center for Grandview at Bay Beach
London Bay Homes welcomes visitors to its new onsite sales center for Grandview at Bay Beach, the newest multifamily residential project in Waterside at Bay Beach. Located two miles north of Lovers Key State Park, the center provides visitors with an initial preview of the 11-story tower along the mangroves and waterfront on the southern tip of Fort Myers Beach.
Created by Interior Design Associates, the sales center will offer video presentations, murals and interactive displays depicting the tower’s lifestyle, amenities and 58 residences. It features a palette of cerulean blue, citrine green and turquoise accents set against backdrops and textures that mimic sand, stingrays and weathered driftwood.
The sales center opening also marks the public unveiling of Grandview’s 2,400 to 2,900-square-foot residences and penthouses. Floor plans include three-bedroom, three-bedroom-plus-den or four-bedroom designs. Six penthouses offer 11-foot ceilings and private, two-car parking garages with storage.
Architecture by Bob Hall of Curts Gaines Hall Jones Architects depicts an elegant, clean and streamlined Island Contemporary design. With six units per floor, the tower’s design uses the footprint to widen interior residences to capitalize on its panoramic views of Estero Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Large areas of low-e glass, along with the terraces, contribute to a “see-through” feel that is conducive to the open floor plan while offering energy efficiency.
An exterior palette of light creams and greys punctuated with stone elements establishes Grandview’s modern feel.
Grandview’s amenities include a large club room; a state-of-the-art fitness center complete with a yoga studio; men’s and women’s changing rooms; a catering kitchen, and two fully decorated guest suites. Outdoor spaces include a resort-style pool and spa, fire pits, barbecue grills, four lighted tennis courts and an elevated entertainment area.
Grandview at Bay Beach will also offer 1.2 miles of walking and jogging paths adjacent to a private open space as well as access to the activities and amenities offered at Waterside, including additional swimming pools, tennis courts, a fishing pier, beach access and several nearby marinas.
