The shelter is open for adoptions from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Saturday. The Shelter is located at 5600 Banner Drive, Fort Myers, next to the Lee County Sheriff’s Office, off Six Mile Cypress Pkwy.
All adoptions include spay/neuter surgery, age-appropriate vaccinations, rabies vaccination & county license if 3 months or older, flea treatment, worming, heartworm test for dogs 6 months & over, feline aids & leukemia test for cats, training DVD, and 10 day health guarantee.
The adoption package is valued at $500.
“Fall” in Love Adoption fees will run through November 29th. Due to an increase in cats entering the shelter Animal Services has expanded it’s November adoption promotion to include cats one year or older for $10, black cats for $8, and specially marked cats for free. Dogs 40 lbs & over are just $30.
