Summer weather is for child campers
Now that Memorial Day has passed and children are out of school, it is time to look into summer youth camps or bible camps.
Many church groups and nonprofit organizations are organizing their summer or bible camps and are set for scheduling to begin in June.
Here is a list of a few of the summer camps offered for the young Beach area residents:

It is strongly recommended that students wear and reapply sunscreen frequently.?

Taught by US Sailing certified instructors and junior instructors, students will learn how to rig, launch and sail their boat independently. Throughout the session, students will be introduced to nautical terms, how to tie basic knots, and develop an awareness and appreciation for safety afloat. Elements of STEM initiatives (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) are embedded in instruction. ??Take note that Boy Scouts wishing to earn the Small Boat merit badge may be signed-off on demonstrated skills during the session.
