Identification sought on grocery store thieves

On Sept. 16, 2012 the Lee County Sheriff’s Office responded to Sweetbay Supermarket, 8650 Gladiolus Drive, Fort Myers in reference to a grand theft of groceries.
The investigation revealed two males and a female had walked out of the store with two shopping carts filled with various grocery and food items valued at approximately $500.
Detectives assigned to investigate have recovered photos from surveillance cameras of the three subjects responsible for the theft. One of the male subjects was walking with a cane and the female subject was shopping with a young girl.
