Miracle baseball offers a dog-gone good time

Beach residents can take their pooch out to the ballpark.

The Fort Myers Miracle baseball organization will host its fourth “Dog Daze of Summer” this Friday, July 27, at Hammond Stadium. Game time is at 7:05 p.m.

Anyone interested in coming to the game – the Miracle are playing the Brevard County Manatees from the Milwaukee Brewers organization- can bring their dog to the ballpark for free. Ticket prices for humans begin at $6.50 for general admission.

There will be doggie vendors and a pet expo on the concourse before and during the game. Arrive with your dog and check out a few samples.

The puppy salute includes a Jericho Bobblehead Giveaway. Celebrate 20 years of Miracle baseball as the organization gives away a bobblehead of Jericho -the one and only, ball-fetching dog- to the first 750 fans through the gates.
